Hotel Reservations:

The conference has made a block of rooms available at a reduced rate (approx. $100/night) at the Hampton Inn and Suites-Columbia at the University of Missouri, situated just south of the MU campus. The hotel is walking distance (.7 mile; 15 minutes) to the conference location, and about 1.5-2 miles from the city center ("The District"). If you cannot make that walk or the weather is prohibitive a shuttle service will be available if necessary from the Hampton Inn to the Conference location and back again.

A block of guest rooms are available at the reduced rate only until August 26. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability.

Invited speakers will be offered free accomodation (singe rooms) for three nights. Presenters need to apply for this benefit within the abstract submission form as soon as possible.
